Anna Vissi: From Cyprus to Bofiliou
Another reason why Anna is the Absolute: As we were all waiting for the weekend to relax, Anna Vissi is there giving it all her all!
Anna Vissi appeared at “Ola Ellinika Limassol” in Cyprus on Thursday and Friday (5th & 6th May 2016) and moved the most successful show in Athens close to her Cypriot fannatics and friends!!! Hotel Ermou went to Cyprus and Anna gave, once again, fantastic vocals for all the lucky people that were among the packed out audience!!
Starting with “Erotevmenaki” and “Sinentefksi” and from there on, all songs pathed the way for 2 magical nights…
Anna’s timeless songs blended well with some of her new songs from the album “Sinentefksi” creating a unique sound mix that only Anna with her vocals can pull off!
From “Protimo” to “Ksana mana” and “Ase tous erotes”, her new album held its own in Cyprus as it did in Athens for over 5 months!! An album full of unforgettable musical moments !!
And all this in just two days!!! And just as the fannatics welcomed her with such warmth at the airport, just a few days later Anna Vissi was once again in a plane back to Athens!! On Saturday night she is seen at Votaniko at Natasha Bofiliou’s “Babel”!!

Natasha Bofiliou was among the audiences at the last shows of Hotel Ermou and Anna had promised that she would go to her final show! However, as Anna will not be in Greece during that time, she decided to hold her promise and go to her show a bit earlier making join fans of Anna and Natasha hoping for collaboration!!! She might not have sung on stage but she did try and play Dodeka on a small piano!!! Have a look here!!
In this way, Anna had a full on weekend as she slowly packs her bags ready for America as on the 14th May she will appear at a gala at the National Hellenic Museum in Chicago and on the 20th May she will appear alongside friends in New York’s Melrose Ballroom in Astoria!!
