Anna Vissi's tears in Cyprus!

Anna Vissi was in Cyprus and for the first time didn't sing in a concert hall but rather a nightclub called 'Pavillion', something which she said she liked as it meant she got to be closer to her fans!

The place was absolutely full and Anna once more gave her all singing songs from the beginning of her career up till now!

The show was attended by among others Konstantinos Christoforou, Maria Ioannou from 'Zoi tis allis' and the beloved friend and colleague of Anna's, Mirto Kontova whom Anna dedicated the song 'Kontra'.

A special moment of the evening was went Anna went to a table, where her mother was sitting and thanked her and her father for what they did for her, dedicating her first song titled 'S'agapo' (I love you) telling her "38 years later, Sofoula...Look how well you did!", while singing she couldn't hold back her tears! "Tears of Joy" Anna said and the audience broke into applause.

Anna Vissi along with Giorgos Papadopoulos, Vera Boufi and Mixalis Zeis are in Cyprus for 2 more performances at the nightclub 'Pavillion' today Friday 1st April and tommorow Saturday 2nd April!
