The first information for Nikos' Karvelas new rock opera!

Something artistically higher than "Daimones" and "Mala"...

Every fannatic is looking forward to Nikos' Karvelas new opera! From the very first moment that it was officially confirmed that a new production was on its way loads of rumours have spread around the story of the opera!

Dimitris Lignaids - the new artistic director of Pantheon Theatre - gave an interview at kathimerini.gr and revealed that the title will be... "The Bells of Edelweiss" !!!

For those who don't know, edelweiss is a small white plant that grows on the Alps and has become a symbol of purity. The connotations around the specific mountain plant and we are looking forward to seeing how these will be used by Niko Karvela!

The new show is expected to open in January under the direction of Yiannis Kakleas, starring of course Anna Vissi!
