The main cast for "The Bells of Edelweiss"

Anna Vissi is currently in rehearsals for her new Rock Opera - written by Nikos Karvelas - and entitled "The Bells of Edelweiss". We are all looking forward to the opening, which will take place around the beginning of February 2015, at Pantheon Theatre. Anna is working with some very special people, as announced by the article published in mediasoup.gr.

First of all, Giannis Samsiaris, who played Daniel in Daimones of 1991, and Nikolaos Karagiaouris, the Inquisitor in Daimones of 2013, are both participating in the new rock opera!

Then, Tania Trypi who is very taleneted and experiences as far as musical theatre is concerned, as well as Thanasis Alevras, will also take part.

Lastly, Aimilianos Stamatakis, the young graduate of Odeion Athinon Drama School, will be Anna's son in the new opera.

This will be his stage debut and besids being very anxious about it, he is looking forward to this beginning next to Anna Vissi!

Rehearsals have already started, and since we haven't heard yet much about the play's plot we cannot wait till February!!
