fannatics.gr policy
Anna’s Vissi fans took the initiative in creating fannatics.gr; a live community for her fans full of updated information, multimedia sections and discussions about her and other general issues. The main goals of this community is to always give the best possible updates for her music career, as well as to establish a true relationship among Anna Vissi and her fans. The members have the chance to develop discussions not only about Anna Vissi, but for many other subjects related to their personal interests and hobbies or issues of high topicality. By posting and signing a message, the users express strictly their own views; therefore Anna Vissi herself has absolutely no responsibility to what is written in this forum.
The following terms do not intend to judge or restrict the point of view each user expresses in the forum. On the contrary, their aim is to retain a certain level of appreciation and respect between the members.
Member accounts
- Each member of the fan club has the right to retain only one account. In any other occasion the administrators have the right to delete all the accounts of the specific member.
- Members are responsible for all the actions that are being made through their personal password and username, in other words through their account.
- Members agree to inform fannatics.gr immediately of any non-authorised usage of their account and of any present or possible breach of security. Also, members are responsible for the secure usage of their account not only when they participate on the forum but also when they log out (secure logging out). Fannatics.gr has no responsibility of any abnormality that might occur when a member does not respect and follow the specific guidance.
- Each user has the right to delete his or hers account. Please contact the administrators regarding this matter.
- Links to commercial websites are forbidden unless the administrators approve them.
Publication - content of messages
- Messages should be as clear and to the point as possible in order to be understandable from all the members. Always give a title that is related to the index of your message. Finally, please make sure you publish your messages to the appropriate section.
- fannatics.gr is not responsible for the content of the messages each user publishes. The messages represent the view of the person who posts them and not necessarily the view of the administrators or other members. If a user gets offended, personally or generally, he or she can always contact an administrator of fannatics.gr and express his dissatisfaction, which will then be passed on to the rest of the admin team.
- It is strictly forbidden to publish messages that include swearing, terrorist or threatening words, material that is protected by laws of copyright, illegal software or messages that promote religious or other means of proselytism and finally, messages that come to a conflict to what is generally approved.
- It is strictly forbidden to publish messages that insult Anna Vissi or any other public figure.
- It is also strictly forbidden to publish rude messages that address other members. Every opinion – no matter how extreme it might be – can be expressed as long as it does not include inappropriate phrases.
- Offensive messages regarding third parties can always be deleted at once by the administrators.
- Respect the personal details of other members and do not publish their names, phone numbers, addresses or private messages without their approval.
- It is forbidden to send spam messages or messages that intend to advertise products or services.
- You may express your dissatisfaction to someone’s opinion but it is forbidden to judge other members or the moderators and administrators of the fan club. Messages with rude, ironic or racist content must be avoided.
Management - Rules
- Τhe administrators and moderators of the forum will also have to follow and apply the terms and regulations that are mentioned above and will do act accordingly in order to promote a good use in all sections of the forum. Their decisions should not be disputed in public but through a private message to them. Such subjects will get locked at once.
- Participating in fannatics.gr demands the unconditional acceptance of the above terms and conditions. These terms and conditions intend to protect the members and guarantee the safe development of discussions. The administrators of this network place are responsible for the implementation of the above terms and conditions; issues regarding the way this forum operates should be addressed to them.
- Members who do not follow the above terms and conditions will get alerted by the administrators via a private message or email. Whoever repeatedly breaks the rules will lose the right to display messages in public or sent private messages to other members. He or she will be able to contact only the administrators. Be aware that it is very easy for the administrators to track down accounts that belong to the same person. Therefore, if someone, who has repeatedly broken the rules, opens a new account using a different nickname, he or she will still not be able to send or display their messages in public.
Collection and use of data
Fannatics.gr collects personal data when:
- already registered members fill in the form for their Special Benefits Card.
- already registered members apply to take part in various event, contests etc, organized by fannatics.gr.
The asked details are usually the following: Name, Surname, Address (Street, City, Post Code), Telephone number, Email address.
fannatics.gr uses its members’ personal data for three reasons:
- the promotion of new functions for fannatics.gr
- newsletters
- informing the members for new events and special offers.
Change and/or deletion of personal data
- Fannatics.gr offers its users/members the ability to delete their personal data, to change or/and update this information – with the only exception of their chosen Username which cannot change after their initial registration.
Sharing of personal data
fannatics.gr will never sell/hire/share or publish in any way personal data of its members and users. fannatics.gr can only share its members’ personal data under the following circumstances:
- if it has the approval of its members/guests
- if the sharing of personal data is necessary for the realization of its members/users needs/orders. The legal individuals/institutions acting jointly with fannatics.gr have the right to edit personal data submitted by the members/users of fannatics.gr only if that is absolutely necessary for the aims of fannatics.gr
- if is ordered by the law, or other legal institutions.
Terms for 'fannatic e-card'
- Acceptance of terms and conditions of fannatics.gr members card: By creating your personal fannatics.gr members card, your are confirming that you have read, understood and accepted all of these terms.
- Benefits for fannatics.gr cardholders: The card is being sent without any extra charge to all the registered members who fill in the necessary form. Cardholders have the right to accept a series of special benefits, which are being decided and announced by fannatics.gr.
- The fannatics.gr e-card is personal. It cannot be provided or transferred to another person in any way. If such activity comes to the attention of fannatics.gr, fannatics.gr has the right to cancel the e-card and prohibit usage from the e-card holder.
- It is forbidden to trade, sell or in any other way trade the fannatics.gr e-card. It is forbidden to use it for commercial, business, political, marketing or any other promotional purposes - for ecample as a prize in contests), unless you have been granted a written approval by fannatics.gr.
- In case of not adhering to the above rules, fannatics.gr has the right to cancel the member’s card.
